(1) Visualizing a Great Day

     My Zen alarm clock is chiming at this perfect morning moment!
     I'm bouncing out of bed!
     Even on this dark winter's morning I am warm as toast :)
     I am in the prime of my life as I put on my Manly-Warringah Rugby League football jumper as they continue to win the premiership :)
     I am wearing my new Rockport World Tour Classic shoes as adjusted by my podiatrist who is a young and strong Rugby player like I'm feeling.
     I have a spring in my step pacing back and forth on my soft carpet.
     I'm surging in colossus mode! Touchdown Woods!
     I am a full-time athlete.
     I'm enjoying a fruitful day at the office!
     I'm deploying my business network :)
     I'm working at my own pace. I'm whistling while I work :)
     My time is precious so I'm wearing an expensive watch.
     My luxury limousine is taking me home.
     I'm holding the doorkey to my palace. I'm opening the door to my palace.
     I'm listening to calming music.
     I'm taking off my Manly jumper.
     I am wearing my chef's hat and apron as I cook dinner.
     My meal is nourishing and I'm feeling satisfied :)
     I am bathing under my perfectly adjusted temperature shower <3
     I'm retiring to my master bedroom.
     I'm wearing my thermal sleeping garments.
     I'm feeling pleasantly drowsy as I'm looking forward to continuing from where I left off as I wake up fresh tomorrow morning.
     I'm drifting off to sleep as my head is touching the pillow.

     My experience as a Rugby League football fan deserves to be on my resume!      I've been a hypochondriac since puberty. But my dream of playing Rugby League in heaven is still alive. Rugby League is a dangerous sport. They wear no protective gear, and, until it was banned in 2006, there was what's called a "shoulder charge" where the purpose is not just to stop the opponent advancing in yardage but to inflict pain and preferably concussion. Questions for figuring out Do's not Don'ts

Theravada Buddhism mainly offers lists of Don'ts rather than Do's . I've struggled to figure out what action I want to do before I do it. “Whenever you want to do a [bodily/verbal/mental] action, you should reflect on it: ‘This action I want to do — would it lead to self-affliction, to the affliction of others, or to both? Would it be an unskillful action, with painful consequences, painful results?’ If, on reflection, you know that it would lead to self-affliction, to the affliction of others, or to both; it would be an unskillful action with painful consequences, painful results, then any action of that sort is absolutely unfit for you to do.
